Booking Policy

By booking, you reserve the selected package for the date and time shown at checkout. The package price is charged at checkout, and a separate refundable security deposit of $50 will be collected through the rental agreement and waiver form. Your booking is subject to equipment availability, completion of the required agreement form, and verification of the renter’s current physical address and government-issued photo ID with a matching address. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the $50 preparation and inventory fee. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. Requests made 7 or more days before the event may be rescheduled at no charge; requests made inside the 7-day window may be treated as a cancellation unless approved otherwise. Weather-related cancellations or reschedules may be approved for severe rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions. Weather exceptions must be requested before the event start time and must be used within 90 days, subject to open dates. Pickup and return times must be followed exactly. Late returns may incur a late fee, and missing or damaged items, excess ammo loss, or abuse of equipment may result in deposit deductions. By completing checkout and the required agreement form, you agree to these booking terms and the full rental waiver.
